Phrozen Water-Washable High-Speed 3D Printing Resin features low viscosity and high hydrophilicity, allowing for direct cleaning of printed surfaces with water. It offers fast printing speeds and produces models with high hardness and toughness, making it suitable for 3D printing various models and products. (Note: When rinsing, please use water and spray with an air gun. Do not pour out the cleaned water directly. Collect the rinsing water, cure it with light, and filter it before disposal. Alternatively, you can add 10% wastewater treatment agent and filter or properly dispose of any residues or precipitates.)

  • Water-Washable Resin
    Unlike typical oil-based resins, Phrozen water-washable resin has excellent hydrophilicity, allowing for direct cleaning of surfaces with water, making it easy to use. (Please collect the cleaning water, cure it, and filter it before disposal, or add 10% wastewater treatment agent and filter the precipitates before disposal.)
  • Moderate Viscosity, Low Odor
    The resin has low viscosity, making it easy to handle and clean. It produces no unpleasant odor during printing, improving environmental quality.
  • Fast Reactivity
    Formulated for 405nm wavelength LCD machines, the Shuffle series has a 7-second per layer print time, and the Sonic series has a 1.5-second per layer print time (50μm layer thickness), offering extremely fast printing speeds.
  • Good Toughness, Not Easily Brittle
    Unlike ordinary water-washable resins that are prone to brittleness, Phrozen water-washable resin has high hardness and toughness, making it suitable for printing model figures and product prototypes.

Phrozen's new Water-Washable Tough Resin is specially formulated to be twice as tough as other water-washable resins on the market, making models less prone to damage during cleaning and post-processing*.

Better experience, easier printing
The new Water-Washable Tough Resin significantly reduces odor, allows for smoother printing, and saves on cleaning agents like alcohol. Models are tougher, less likely to break during removal and handling, enhancing the printing experience, making it the preferred choice for water-washable resins.

Instructions for use:
．Please use and store this resin at room temperature, in a dark and well-ventilated environment.
．Shake the resin thoroughly before use.
．Store used resin in an opaque container and avoid mixing it with new resin.
．Keep this material out of reach of infants and young children, and avoid direct sunlight.
．Wear gloves and a mask during operation. If resin comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
．Do not dispose of this material arbitrarily. For disposal, cure the material first, and treat the solid waste as "general recyclable resources".
