Moreover, over a million free 3D models on Printables.com guarantee an endless supply of exciting projects.
You'll never run out of things to print!
CORE One doubled!
Extra-large print volume, active heat circulation
The CORE One L is more than just an enlarged CORE One.
Instead of simply scaling up the size, it retains all the successful elements and adds the ability to easily achieve large-format printing.
For the body, a clever combination of a sturdy steel frame and aluminum panels creates a lightweight yet mature exoskeleton design.
The result is impressive: the machine's external dimensions are only 10% larger than the CORE One, but the weight remains the same, and the print volume has doubled!
Prusa has replaced the standard heated bed with a new AC convection heated bed, whose active air circulation design ensures uniform temperature distribution within the print chamber.
This printer comes with a detachable 1080p night vision camera, two nozzles (included in the package), fully automatic chamber temperature management, a more convenient FLEX filament feeding system, and much more.
This machine covers all aspects: from ambitious hobby projects to demanding production manufacturing!
Dream big, print big. Because now everything fits!
The 300×300×330 mm print size (double the CORE One's print size) is ideal for a variety of projects.
It allows you to print large functional parts, production jigs, architectural models, full-size cosplay helmets, and other large objects in one go.
What's even better, thanks to the materials used, the new heated bed has optimal heat distribution, allowing you to easily achieve uniform prints from edge to edge.
New convection-heated AC bed, no cold spots, fast heating
This new, large AC heated bed is made from a thick aluminum block for optimal heat distribution.
This allows heat to be evenly distributed from edge to edge, with no cold spots or cold corners.
You can place your model anywhere in the print area without worrying about warped corners or deformation.
Two fans at the bottom of the heated bed create a convection effect – they draw in cold air and blow it across the large heated surface, quickly raising the chamber temperature to 60°C.
Unbox and print! From unboxing to first print in just 5 minutes
Unpack the printer, set up the display, and plug it in. It's that simple.
No self-tests, calibration, or tedious setup required. The machine does everything automatically, including setting the optimal printing environment within the print chamber.
Just download some interesting content from Printables.com, process it with EasyPrint, and see the print finished immediately.
Start and forget the machine
A larger print volume means more prints and less downtime.
A larger print size is not only for large prints but for more printing tasks. The Prusa CORE One L is ideal for overnight printing or high-volume production.
Its print platform is 63% larger than the CORE One, so you can place more objects on the print platform and let it run overnight.
You can also check the printing progress at any time via the 1080p night vision camera and receive notifications on your phone.
Perfect precision, what you design is what you get
You can be confident that with our self-developed, quality-focused print profiles, your models will be printed exactly as designed, with perfect dimensional accuracy, verified by CT scans.
The CORE One L features the mature Nextruder extruder with a 360° cooling system, enabling perfect printing of 75° overhangs, saving time and material.
Optimal surface quality, your 3D print is the final product
The latest updates to PrusaSlicer and internally optimized print profiles will make your prints look better than ever.
Vertical fine artifacts (VFAs) and unsightly vertical stripes on 3D prints are almost completely eliminated.
The finished product you retrieve from the heated bed can be delivered directly to the customer as a final product.
Achieve maximum speed! Fast with all filaments, not just specialized ones
Don't limit your projects to a few specialized "high-speed" filaments.
You can use any PLA, PETG, or many other advanced materials.
The CORE One series is Prusa's fastest printer to date: powerful CoreXY motion system, high-flow nozzle, input shaper, factory-tuned print profiles for over 200 filaments – it has it all.
However, the CORE One never sacrifices print quality for speed. Prints are always strong and durable, and won't easily shatter.
Easily print with advanced materials, designed for durable, non-warping models!
The print chamber is designed to be as compact as possible and is equipped with a new high-performance dual-fan heated bed, achieving active thermal circulation that can heat up to 60°C in a very short time.
Therefore, you can easily print a variety of advanced materials such as ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylon).
The printing results are stunning: no cracking, no warping, no deformation.
Show off perfectly! New way to insert flexible filament
The side filament sensor can be switched to flexible filament loading mode via a physical switch – this operation disables the filament sensor, providing a wider, looser loading channel for flexible materials.
However, the second filament sensor in the printhead still monitors for filament runout.
Robust steel exoskeleton, practical and aesthetic design
The Prusa CORE One features an all-steel exoskeleton structure. The casing is an integral part of the printer, giving it exceptional stability and rigidity.
At the same time, maintenance remains extremely simple, even if worn parts need replacing years later.
All parts can be disassembled with just a screwdriver.
As always, we have ample stock of parts to last for many years.
All-in-one package, out-of-the-box, excellent performance
The CORE One L is equipped with an accelerometer, and the firmware has a built-in wizard to set optimal belt tension.
The printer is pre-calibrated from the factory, but if you want to ensure 100% performance after a major overhaul, you can easily recalibrate all parameters at any time via the menu.
The printer comes with two nozzles (high-flow nozzle and wear-resistant nozzle) to meet the needs of various filaments.
Optimized for print farms and industrial applications, boost your productivity with the Prusa CORE One L!
Prusa operates a large print farm with over 600 3D printers, specializing in producing parts for new 3D printers, so they know what it takes to run such a large-scale production.
And sometimes, you also need to print large objects.
Compared to the MK4S and CORE One, the CORE One L has minimal downtime.
No walled garden or vendor lock-in
You own the printer, not just a license to use it.
In today's world of pervasive game-as-a-service models, remote kill switches, and reliance on cloud servers, Prusa remains true to its original intention: your 3D printer is completely yours.
You can use it however you want, for as long as you want.
It requires no user account or internet connection, so it can run non-stop.
Designed for offline use
100% privacy guarantee: offline mode with no compromises
You don't need to connect your CORE One L to the internet – not even once.
You can still enjoy full functionality with no drawbacks.
The printer can be configured and operated offline, including slicing and firmware updates.
