The Sinterit Powder Handling Station (PHS) introduces a new standard for post-processing after powder sintering, with an ergonomic design that streamlines post-processing and powder recycling, from initial powder sieving to complete filtration for reuse, while also maintaining a clean work environment.

Powder Post-Processing, 5 Simple Steps:
1. Initial Powder Sieving
Located in the large-holed cover of the workbench, unsintered powder is poured in. This also cleans the printed object, performing the first step of powder sieving. Excess powder flows through the holes into a sealed space below, leaving only the printed object to be cleaned above.
2. Detailed Cleaning
During detailed cleaning on top of the fine dust chamber on the right side (with a smaller mesh filter), powder is secondarily drawn into the dust chamber.
3. Integrated Work Area (Sandblaster)
A metal bracket is attached to the right side of the equipment, allowing a folding tray or sandblaster to be placed near the PHS work area. This shortens working time and prevents powder from spreading outside the work area. (Specifically for Sinterit Sandblaster and Sinterit Sandblaster XL)
4. Cleaning the Print Area and Work Area
A two-meter-long suction hose allows easy movement around Sinterit 3D printers and the entire PHS work area, cleaning the printer itself and the work area. All powder generated after cleaning can be reused.
5. Complete Filtration, Reuse
Finally, all recovered powder is transferred to the sieving module and then into a metal container. The siever located under the workbench can filter and classify all powder that falls out during the work process and further process it, mixing used powder with fresh powder.
