With an optimized transmission system and motion control algorithm, the Artisan achieves a dimensional accuracy of ± 0.1 mm at a high printing speed of 180 mm/s.



.Versatile Nozzles for Flexible Switching
The quick-swap system supports modules and print beds, as well as print nozzles. With Luban's automatic nozzle recognition and parameter matching function, you can quickly switch between large diameter or hardened steel nozzles to obtain different types of printed parts, such as product prototypes and high-strength components. Furthermore, the dual-extruder 3D printing module uses built-in motors for automatic nozzle lifting and rotation, which is faster and quieter compared to moving the print head to hit a limit switch for switching, providing a better dual-nozzle printing experience.
.Soluble Support Printing
The Artisan's dual-extruder printing module can print with soluble materials like PVA and HIPS, effortlessly handling complex geometries and resulting in smooth and aesthetically pleasing support structure surfaces.
.Easy-to-Remove Supports
Using easy-to-remove consumables provides the same support effect as conventional materials, but with significantly reduced removal difficulty and no residue.
.Heated Bed with Zoned Heating, Time and Energy Saving
The Artisan's heated bed has a 260 × 260 mm high-temperature zone in the middle (also known as the inner zone), which can reach a maximum temperature of 110°C, while the outer zone has a maximum temperature of 80°C. When your model is placed within the inner zone, it can heat up to 60°C in just 2-3 minutes, and the outer zone will not be heated, saving time and energy.
.3-Step Easy Calibration
The Artisan automatically calibrates the heated bed's flatness and the Z-axis offsets of both nozzles. It then semi-automatically calibrates the relative positions of the nozzles in the X and Y directions. After 3 steps, you can achieve well-bonded, misaligned-free dual-material or dual-color printing.
.Reversible Build Plate, All-around Performance
The Artisan's print bed is made of glass with higher flatness, ensuring a smoother and more adhesive first layer. One side is smooth glass, and the other is a PEI coating, which helps with the adhesion of various filaments.
