Ultimaker PVA Removal Station - Demo Unit
Ultimaker PVA Removal Station - Demo Unit
"3DMart Demo Units" are 3D printers that were previously used solely for customer demonstrations and printing services, and have been operated and maintained by professional engineers and internal staff. They are still in excellent working condition and are not refurbished, defective, or customer-returned machines.
To stay at the forefront of the 3D printing industry, we must constantly update our models for personal use and pay great attention to the maintenance of 3D printers. In addition to replacing parts and consumables, engineers regularly clean and maintain them. These used 3D printers are still in perfect condition and operating well, so we offer you an alternative at a discounted price.
All our used machines are fully tested and refurbished before sale. As these 3D printers are not brand new, their appearance may show some signs of use or color variations, slight scratches, etc. However, these do not affect any of the functions expected of this product model. They can still provide stable prints and excellent quality finished products. We also offer a three-month warranty and a more favorable price. These machines are very limited in quantity, so seize this "good opportunity"!
Simple post-processing, faster object acquisition
When creating complex parts or stunning visual prototypes using PVA support material, the Ultimaker PVA Removal Station allows for faster and easier post-processing. By using the same 3D printing platform throughout, you can accelerate design iterations, minimize operating time, and avoid mess.
4x faster PVA removal
The Ultimaker PVA Removal Station is driven by a magnetic rotor, enabling a high-speed dissolution process. Compared to removing PVA in stagnant water in a temporary container, this device removes PVA four times faster, even for complex designs with hard-to-reach holes.
Effortless, increased productivity
Reducing operating time by up to 80%, the Ultimaker PVA Removal Station takes only a few minutes per operation with minimal maintenance. Simply press the start button, and it begins immediately, allowing you to retrieve your object once complete.
Rotor-driven water circulation
Choose between 100 or 225 RPM cycles based on the fragility of the part. Every two minutes, the rotor changes direction, uniformly pushing water towards the model.
Keep printed parts safe
The rinse basket keeps printed parts safely submerged in water. Then, lift the rinse basket, the water naturally drains, and the printed part can be easily removed.
Easy progress tracking
The illuminated transparent container allows you to easily and accurately know the rinsing progress and when it's ready. Additionally, the screen will display reminders for when new water needs to be changed.
