Integrated Air Manager
This system is independently tested to remove up to 95% of ultrafine particles* from every print. Not only does it improve air quality for peace of mind, but the fully enclosed chamber and single glass door also enhance print quality.

Flexible Print Bed
The PEI-coated flexible print bed allows for easy removal of printed parts without the need for glue. 25 magnets and 4 alignment pins ensure precise replacement, reducing UltiMaker S7 usage time and improving production efficiency.
Inductive Print Head Sensor
The new inductive print head sensor provides quieter and more accurate bed probing. Automatic tilt compensation technology eliminates the need for thumbscrew bed leveling.

.Material Station
The Material Station is equipped with 6 spool bays, providing greater 3D printing capacity and freedom for configuration, such as performing 3D printing tasks for over three days without manual filament changes or individual settings. Each spool bay comes with an NFC sensor, compatible with Ultimaker filaments (excluding 350g special specifications) and "Ultimaker Material Alliance" filaments from the Cura Marketplace, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including fiberglass, carbon fiber composites, and other similar 2.85 mm third-party materials.
.Automatic Filament Switching
The Material Station for the Ultimaker S5 and Ultimaker S7 is tested to automatically switch filaments before, after, or even during a 3D printing task. Each spool bay has a filament detection function, and when one spool runs out, it automatically switches to the next compatible filament, with a diversion tube to prevent tangling.
.Filament Moisture Protection
The Material Station for the Ultimaker S5 and Ultimaker S7 simultaneously addresses filament moisture and dust issues. The built-in dehumidification system maintains the chamber humidity at approximately 40% even at 70% ambient humidity, effectively extending filament storage and 3D printing time, and preventing filament molecules from degrading or expanding due to moisture absorption.
