Phrozen Ceramic White Resin Series
Phrozen Engineering Rigid Ceramic White Pro Resin (1kg)
Complete Guide to Ceramic White Pro Resin Printing
Washing and Air Drying
1. Remove residual resin from holes.
2. Place the model in a washing machine filled with 99% IPA for 30 - 60 seconds (do not immerse in solvent for more than 60 seconds, as it may damage the object's surface).
3. The cleaned model can be air-dried with an air gun or by using the fan function of the Phrozen curing machine for 10 - 30 minutes.
* When printing thin parts directly on the build plate, carefully remove them with a spatula, as it may deform the model.
* For hollow thin parts, ensure the inside is thoroughly cleaned.
Light Curing
Place the model in a post-curing machine for 120 minutes of post-curing (60 minutes on each side) to ensure optimal results.
Heat Curing
After light curing, place the model in an oven with precise temperature control and gradient heating (temperature error ±2°C) for heat curing to improve mechanical properties. Please refer to the following settings:
| Time Setting | Temperature Setting | |
|---|---|---|
| Initial Temperature Ramp | 2 hours | 30°C – 150°C |
| Hold | 3 hours | 150°C |
| Cool Down | 2 hours | 150°C – 30°C |
Phrozen Ceramic White Resin
Phrozen has partnered with BASF Forward AM, a world-leading chemical materials company! Together, they are launching the first composite resin with a high ceramic content. It offers abrasion resistance without complex ceramic firing, and its appearance and feel are similar to ceramic. It boasts high strength and resistance to deformation; furthermore, it presents precise details, allowing you to quickly evaluate shape and function, optimizing the manufacturing process. It is your top choice for creating industrial assembly prototypes and exquisite crafts.
Authentic Ceramic Texture
Up to 50% ceramic content, no heat treatment required*; creating a hard, smooth, matte surface with a true ceramic texture.
Tensile Modulus up to 5800 MPa
Excellent abrasion resistance and high precision, performing outstandingly even under external pressure.
Excellent Fluidity
With a very low viscosity of only 120mPas, it facilitates fast printing and easy post-curing.
* Can be heated at 80°C for 24 hours to achieve higher heat resistance.
