Bambu Lab AMS Hub
The AMS Hub is used to expand the number of AMS units connected to Bambu X1/P1 series printers, from 1 AMS unit (4 channels) to up to 4 AMS units (16 channels), to increase refueling speed across multiple AMS units, and to support redundant buffered signals.

*The image is for reference only. When actually printing, please try to place the AMS to the left of the AMS Hub; otherwise, the filament in the PTFE tube can easily get stuck.
Expanded AMS OptionsThe printer's built-in buffer can only connect to 1 AMS. By switching to the AMS Hub, the printer will be able to connect up to 4 AMS units.

See more Bambu Lab Wiki articles: Connect AMS Hub and Multi-Channel AMS Installation Method► Install the AMS Hub on the back of the printer, replacing the Filament buffer if present. Connect it to the printer using the matching Bambu 4-pin cable. Connect the first AMS using a Bambu 6-pin cable, then daisy-chain the remaining AMS units with 6-pin cables.
► Connect the AMS Hub to the pneumatic connector on the back of the printer with the matching PTFE tube. The tube should pass between the 4-pin plug and the spool holder to reduce resistance.
Depending on the placement of the AMS and the printer, you can choose an appropriate length of PTFE tube to connect the AMS and the AMS Hub. The tube should be as short as possible and avoid tangling to reduce feeding resistance.
